Updates Regarding COVID-19

Together at Abercrombie and Sanchez

What You Need To Know

At Abercrombie & Sanchez Law, the safety and well-being of our staff and clients is our upmost priority.  We are actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and are taking steps to help safeguard our communities.

Working with Medical Experts

We are closely monitoring updates from the Center for Disease Control regarding COVID-19 and will continue to seek guidance from the CDC and other public health officials to adjust our response on an ongoing basis.

Notice to Our Employees

As our partners and staff interact with clients, court associates, and the general public, we are taking steps to minimize their exposure to the virus. We have put restrictions on travel, are providing remote-work solutions for all employees, and are halting all in-person meetings and consultations until further notice.

Notice to Our Customers

As family lawyers, we understand the role we play in helping our clients navigate some of the most challenging chapters of their lives. We also understand that life doesn’t stop and can’t be put on hold while we wait for the COVID-19 situation to abate. We will continue to do everything we can to continue moving your case forward during this time.  We’ve invested in the technology necessary to handle much of our work online and have digital support solutions, via our client portal, available to help you manage your account.  We have teleconferencing support available to facilitate communication via the online medium of your choice, be it email, telephone, or video conferencing.

Notice of Court Restrictions

Please be advised that courthouses across the country are currently restricting in-person hearings and trials at this time, unless necessitated by exigencies or protective orders. Some exceptions may apply, but only by written submissions. We are actively monitoring the status of these restrictions and will provide updates as they become available.  If you have questions regarding scheduled hearings and the impact these restrictions may have on your case, please contact your attorney for guidance.
